Overview:

Partners for Progress (P4P) was designed to be a source of continuous income for ICYC and a way for families to attend camp at a discounted rate. In addition to attending camp at a discounted rate, P4P families also receive two (2) free summer camp t-shirts. P4P donations are also tax-deductible!

At this time ANNUAL P4P donations are not available.  We are working to make this option available again soon.

The Partners for Progress Program

    • There are three levels of participation: bronze, silver, and gold.
      • Bronze – $30/month – receives one week of camp for their family
      • Silver – $50/month – receives two weeks of camp for their family
      • Gold – $75/month – receives up to four weeks of camp for their family
      • Set your own donation amount – receives the level just below the donation amount.  i.e. $35/month would qualify for Bronze; $80 for Gold
      • Annual P4P donation amounts are as follows:
        • Bronze – $360 + 10% annual fee (Total: $396)
        • Silver – $600 + 10% annual fee (Total: $660)
        • Gold – $900 + 10% annual fee (Total: $990)
        • The benefits for annual P4P donations are the same as for the respective monthly levels
    • Current P4P participants who are making donations larger than the level amounts will be automatically enrolled at the highest level covered by their monthly donations.
    • Monthly donations via PayPal, ACH, or other automated process excluding paper checks will qualify for P4P benefits. Although we welcome any donations, lump sum donations will not qualify for P4P, unless the donor signs up for P4P and recurring annual donations.
    • At this time ANNUAL P4P donations are not available.
    • There will be a 10% late fee for any “catch up” donations. For example, if you get to camp and decide you want to participate in P4P, you would need to make the donations for January thru June/July plus a 10% late fee.
    • The default frequency is “monthly”, but other options are also available.
  • Campers may attend additional weeks at the discounted rate of 50%/week. If you sign up for the bronze level and your children decide to attend an additional week, you will pay 50% off the camper fee per child for the additional week.
  • Staff children may attend additional weeks at the discounted rate of 50% off the staff child fee /week.
  • Staff members may attend additional weeks at no additional cost.
  • Benefits apply to immediate family members (father, mother, children) who live in the same home. Legal guardians are included. Parents are not required to attend but may attend as staff with the approval of the weekly director.
  • Participating families will receive two free summer camp shirts.

Donations are now processed via Aplos.  Aplos allows payment via debit or credit card or via ACH transaction using your checking account information.

Instructions:

  1. Select your level of participation.
    • Bronze – $30/month – 1 free week of camp for your entire family
    • Silver – $50/month – 2 free weeks of camp for your entire family
    • Gold – $75/month – up to 4 weeks of camp for your entire family
    • Set your own donation – receive the level just below the donation amount
    • If you would like to make your donation on an annual basis, select the corresponding “Annual” option.
  2. Select your donation frequency and the day of the month for it to be processed.
  3. Enter your contact information.  Be sure to enter a valid email address that you actually check!
  4. If possible, please list all those who may attend on this P4P account.
  5. Click “Start P4P”.

You will also receive an email confirming your signup for P4P.  This will include your P4P number.
