Use one of the forms below to keep track of who you sell to.
Then have them go to our online store and place their order. Be sure they put your name in the “Notes” during checkout.
They can make the payment in the store so you don’t have to handle any money or deal with cards or checks.
When you have your 10 people send your form to icycoffice@gmail.com.
Once we confirm your sales, you will then receive a coupon good for one week of camp !
