We all need a little help sometimes......

The Board of Trustees decided when Indian Creek Youth Camp (ICYC) first began that whenever possible we would not turn away a camper just because their family could not afford to pay the camp fees. In the years since, many campers have attended because generous donors have stepped in to help.

If you have a child or children who want to attend camp and you are not able to pay some or all of the fees, please take a moment to fill out the information below. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate people for consideration.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING

Due to the generosity of many of our supporters, financial assistance is often available for campers who wish to attend summer camp but may require support to cover the fees.
This aid is designed to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent children from experiencing the benefits of camp at ICYC.
Assistance amounts may vary based on individual family circumstances and the availability of funds.
Families interested in applying are encouraged to submit their requests more than 14 days before the desired session in order to be considered for this support.

Your request will be evaluated and you will be notified of our decision via email, how much assistance is available, and how to complete the registration process.

Due to the number of requests and the limited amount of funding available, campers will only be considered for financial assistance for one session per summer.

It is likely that any requests submitted less than 14 days before the start date of the session desired will not be considered.

All decisions regarding financial assistance are made by ICYC's designated representatives and are final.
No appeals will be considered, and applicants will be notified of the outcome via email once an evaluation is complete.

Donations for specific projects or with specific designations made to Indian Creek Youth Camp are considered “restricted funds” and will be used for the designated project. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to redesignate any “restricted funds” to the “General Fund” in situations it deems to be an emergency or exceptional situation as determined by a majority vote of trustees. Any funds in excess of a project’s expenses are automatically reassigned as “General Fund” and may be used at the discretion of the Board of Trustees of Indian Creek Youth Camp.
