These Boston Butts are lightly seasoned and smoked to tender perfection! Individually wrapped in baking paper, vacuum sealed , and frozen. Simply remove plastic wrap, reheat, and eat!
Each butt:
- Approx. 5-6 lbs
- contains a bone and a minimal amount of fat
- 3-1/2 – 4-1/2 lbs. of meat
- 12-16 1/4 lb. servings
Limited quantities available.
Delivery or pickup will be arranged with our office.
